I'm Robert Herrera, a Full-Stack Developer based in Valencia, Venezuela, currently building the tech behind Arcadia Viajes' operations. I started my career as a Frontend Developer, and over 4+ years I've grown into owning features end-to-end — from database schema to the pixel on screen.
On the frontend, I build interfaces with React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS: clean, accessible UI backed by solid state management with Redux Toolkit and RTK Query, responsive design, and reusable components built to scale across complex workflows.
On the backend, I work with NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL on real production logic — payment gateway integrations, financing flows, multi-currency handling, and reconciliation for a travel & fintech platform, where correctness isn't optional.
My approach stays the same on either side of the stack: write functional, well-typed, scalable code, and prioritize the person who has to read it next.
